Vitamin C comes from fruits and vegetables. Good sources include citrus, red and green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, and greens. Some juices and cereals have added vitamin C.
Vitamin B
- B Complex Vitamins–Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, plays a role in
- Nervous system development and all energy processes.
- Needed for activation of enzymes which regulate energy activities in the body,
- Absolutely essential that they be consumed on a daily basis because they are water soluble.
Recommended daily intake
Infants 6 months to 5 years: One 5ml teaspoon daily.
Children 5 years and over: Two 5ml teaspoons daily.
For children under 6 months: Half a 5ml teaspoon daily the liquid can be mixed with milk or water.

This tonic makes my picky son eat maybe not fruits and vegetables as I would love after all its not a miracle, however it opens his appetite and makes some illness like the common cold shorter recovery time shorter, it builds his immune systems. I have not been able to get it in store and the clerk states it has been awhile since they have gotten any from their supplier in a while. I live in North America and only some speciality stores have it such as West Indian and not most, this should be more widely supplied its a great supplement.

a wonderful supplement, i gave my son it after he came off from having the virus. he starter to eat a lot and his skin became silky smooth. the best supplement I ever gave my son. i will continue to purchase it as long as it is on the market
